Entao e assim:

    1- Tens que criar uma pagina so para os os frames:

        Codigo e o seguinte:

<html>
<head>
<title> Index ... pagina do frame </title>
</head>
<body>
<frameset border="1" borderCOLOR="#3A72BC" cols="15%,*">
  <frame NAME="esquerda" src="coluna1.html" NORESIZE borderCOLOR="#3F85B8" target="main">   <!----- Lado 1 ------>
  <frame NAME="direita" src="coluna2.html" NORESIZE borderCOLOR="#4086C6" target="direita">     <!----- Lado 2 ------>
</frameset>
</body>

  Este Exemplo vai dar uma pagina com duas Colunas do tipo :

  - - - - - - - - - - - -- - - - -

  |          |                      |

  |          |                      |

  |          |                      |

  |    1    |        2            |

  |          |                      |

  |          |                      |

  ----------------------------

2 - Depois tens e que meter os links assim para aparecer os conteudos no lado 2,

    <a href:="morada" target: "nome do Lado 2 "> Click aqui </a>

Acho que isto ja deve ajudar.
