Olá John, existem algumas extensoes do VSCode para isso: 1 - Auto Close Tag - Fecha automaticamente tags (Muito Bom no PHP) 2 - HTMLHint - Detecta tags HTML não fechadas ou fechadas de forma errada 3- PHP Intelephense - Ajuda muito quando o erro estáno HTML misturado com PHP Espero ter ajudado.
