Boa Tarde

Preciso de um esclarecimento. 

Pretendia incluir / navegar num website "outro" website.

Por exemplo

Sem ter mais informação diria que é por razões de segurança.
Não estando no mesmo domínio ou não tendo a mesma origem, só se o o website autoriazar a sua inclusão é que deves conseguir fazer o que pretendes.
