ATCUD erro ao enviar para ambiente de testes

Boas, eu estou a desenvolver uma aplicação para criar series no portal das financas no entanto sempre que estou a tentar criar uma serie ou ler as series existentes no ambiente de teste do portal das finanças obtenho a seguinte mensagem:

"An error occurred while receiving the HTTP response to https://servicos.portaldasfinancas.gov.pt:722/SeriesWSService. This could be due to the service endpoint binding not using the HTTP protocol. This could also be due to an HTTP request context being aborted by the server (possibly due to the service shutting down). See server logs for more details." 

Alguém que esteja a passar pelo mesmo ou que já tenha tido o mesmo problema?
