Boas P@P

estou com problemas num menu em que tenho a seguinte CSS:

.menu2 li {
margin-left: 50%;
background:#000;
text-align:center;
border-radius:0 18px 18px 0;
-moz-border-radius:0 0 18px 0;
-webkit-border-radius:0 18px 18px 18px;
font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;
}
.menu2 li a {
text-decoration:none;
display:inline-block;
font-size:100%;
line-height:1.22em;
padding:20px 0 36px;
color:#fff;
margin-top:-0.1%;
background:#000;
text-align:center;
border-radius:0 18px 18px 0;
-moz-border-radius:0 0 18px 0;
-webkit-border-radius:0 18px 18px 18px;
font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;
}
.menu2 li a.active, .menu2 li a:hover {
width:100%;
color:#0f0f0f;
background:#fff;
text-decoration:none;
display:inline-block;
font-size:100%;
font-weight: bold;
line-height:1.22em;
padding:20px 0 36px;
text-align:center;
border-radius:0 18px 18px 0;
-moz-border-radius:0 0 18px 0;
-webkit-border-radius:0 18px 18px 18px;
font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;
}

mas o resultado não é o melhor pois não consigo por margin-left de maneira nenhuma. Sendo que quero alinha-lo a direita. Já tentei o float e nada. Se me podessem ajudar agradecia. Cumps

tenho ainda estes estilos aos quais me esqueci:

.menu2{
width:10%;
list-style:none;
position:fixed;
background:yellow;
float:inherit;
}
