O artigo que aqui coloco explica toda a história da queda da Research In Motion. É baseado numa entrevista ao Mike Lazaridis, o fundador e co-CEO da empresa até 2012.

O retrato histórico começa com a introdução do iPhone em 2007 e as diferentes reacções da empresa aos movimentos da concorrência, as estratégias e o conflito interno. Achei uma leitura bastante interessante.
