KeyPress Event - Não reconhece chars ?

Boas estou a tentar fazer algo simples como:

Quando o utilizador carrega no Enter uma determinada acção é executada.

Ex:

Private Sub Navigate(ByVal sender As System.Object, ByVal e As System.Windows.Forms.KeyPressEventArgs) Handles URL.KeyPress
       
If e.KeyChar = 13 Then
          'Acção a Realizar
        End If

    End Sub

Dá-me o seguinte erro no '=' do if:

Operator '=' is not defined for types 'Char' and 'Integer'

Alguma sugestão?
