Optimização de site (HTML5)

Estou a fazer um site, mas queria remover as tabelas e usar outra coisa mas nao sei o que deve por.

acho que não... aquilo que eu queria saber era se dá para o site ficar com o mesmo aspecto mas sem usar as table
