Problema Base de Dados no MS Visual C# 2008 Express Edition

Estou a usar esta ferramenta pela 1ª vez e quando tento criar uma base de dados vou a: View -> Other Windows -> DataBase Explorer

E depois, na aba lateral, clico em Data Connections e faço Add Connection e dá-me este erro:

Alguém sabe como resolver?

While this forum is for Visual Basic Express questions, you might be able to get around the problem by right clicking on My Computer (Or Computer if you're running Vista) and choose Manage.  Then click on the Event Viewer.

Finally right click each of the logs and choose Properties and select the option that says "Overwrite events as needed".  See if that helps.
